I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I received. Kenny is incredibly kind and professional, and so was his assistant (I didn’t catch her name) they both made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout my treatment. I initially came in with an abscess and then returned a week later for a root canal, and both visits were handled with such care and reassurance. The whole process was explained clearly, I felt genuinely looked after, and everything was done with real professionalism. A special shout-out to Dave as well his customer service was amazing, he made booking and attending appointments feel effortless and took the time to explain everything moving forward. Would highly recommend this practice 🦷✨

🦷🪥 I’ve been visiting this practice for many years and have always had a major phobia of needles. Over time, with the support and patience of the team, I’ve grown so much more confident. I started off extremely anxious and stressed, but now I feel comfortable and able to have treatment without feeling overwhelmed. That’s something I never thought I’d be able to say. This is entirely down to the practice and especially Shweta Khanolkar, whose calm, understanding, and reassuring approach has made a huge difference for me. I can’t thank her and the team enough for helping me overcome such a big fear. Highly recommended.

I've been coming here since I was a kid always been great. Until my dentist left ! Now I have fillings done by a dental hygienist but she struggled to numb me and kept hurting the area that was sore! The dental nurse offered her to bring in a dentist for extra support or help and she declined the offer! Think it's time to move dentist.

Very poor customer service called for a emergency appointment was sent to a online portal which I booked a appointment for Thursday 22nd but when I called after booking online I was told it is booked for 29 Thursday, the phone attendant was very poor has no knowledge of the practise I was talking to her she was talking to Dave in the back asking for answers how poor

My husband and myself have recently joined this practice and we are absolutely delighted . Staff are helpful, friendly and reassuring , which is great especially for anyone who is apprehensive about a visit to the dentist ( and who isn’t)! Surgeries themselves are spot on and treatments went ahead smoothly . Settled atmosphere. Had a good experience. Receptionist greeted me by name. Dentist and medical staff settled me and kept me informed of the process, and gave me post procedure information and guidance. Surgery was bright and clean.

As always my experience at Cavendish dental is a relaxed and friendly one, I actually don't get anxious like i did at my previous dentist.
