Settled atmosphere. Had a good experience. Receptionist greeted me by name. Dentist and medical staff settled me and kept me informed of the process, and gave me post procedure information and guidance. Surgery was bright and clean.

As always my experience at Cavendish dental is a relaxed and friendly one, I actually don't get anxious like i did at my previous dentist. Dr Saduera, and Nicola over the last few years have eradicated all my teeth problems and I now have no pain and problems. Thankyou for a great professional experience

I have been coming to this dentist for over 23 years now. I can honestly say they are the best dentists, dental nurses, receptionist & staff in the whole of derby they all are very kind & helpful always offer their services with a 😊 smile. I would never go anywhere else all the treatments that I have had over the years have been 10/10 My regular dentist is Dr saduera & i have treatment with the hygienist Nicole they both are fantastic ladies do an awesome job. A very caring and pleasant team. I was given a courteous welcome, given a private space to wait in and then seen quickly and effectively by both the Dentist and Hygienist. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, yet with an air of caution and patient protection in these strange times. I have no hesitation in commending and recommending this practice. UPDATE - 6 months on... Cavendish in Derby continues to be very welcoming. On the day that lockdown partially finished, the staff were very careful. yet considerate and pleasant to their customers. An individual greeting at the door, a warm hello from the dentist and valuable assessment of my current situation and a very real sense of caring from the hygienist, always with a view to my well-being. Highly recommended.

As a result of Shweta (my Dentist) making a direct referral for me to the Max Fax Dept in Hospital, and subsequent MRI TMD Jawbone Scan. I now know the cause of the pain in my Right, Ear/Side of head & Face (it is a Stuck TMD Jawbone Disc). The Hospital have now referred me to another Hospital which specialises in this, for treatment options. It has taken many years for me to eventually find this cause, after many other appointments, with several Drs, previously a Dentist in a different practise and an ENT Hospital appt and a face and neck MRI, all to no avail in finding the specific cause. Thank you Shweta very much for your care, advice, patience and persistence and for making the referral yourself, directly to Max Fax and for believing my pain was real ! Thank you.

Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but going here always makes it that bit less fearful; always put at ease with a smile and a welcome, rarely kept waiting long and always explaining actions before taking them. They are very good at sending out appointments and the deal maker for forgetful me are the email and text reminders for upcoming appointments.

Cavendish Dental Practice Derby Due to having toothache, I was able to make an appointment right away for a Monday, for an xray to find i had a whole in my back bottom tooth. A tooth extraction was needed for the following Wednesday. Alina (Dental nurse) and Mr Malhi (Dentist) were excellent! Aline reassured me throughout the procedured, trying to relax me and encouraged me to breath gently through my nose. Unfortunately I hadn't eaten anything before my appointment, and Alina offered me a glucose tablet to suck as it began to resolve. She explained the benefits to having it before the procedure. Throughout Mr Malhi ensured I was ok. He demonstrated the kind of pressure I'd feel when extracting the tooth, which reassured me. He had to give me several shots of the freez, but what was great, he sprayed a freez spray beforehand which helped a lot. What seemed like only a couple of minutes, the tooth was out! Praise God! My prayers were answered. I can't thank Alina and Mr Malhi enough for taking care of me. I will continue to recommend this Dental Practice. Even the reception staff were welcoming.
