I was haveing a root canal done and I was worried as I have never had one of this done before and you hear thing about the pain after but Aman Badwa she l was amazing very pleasant and polite. And welcoming there was no pain or after pain they done amazing work i would highly recommend Cavendish dental practice as eveytime i been they help and and pain free i have also just haveing a prep crown done and again not pain

I haven't been to a dentist in over 25 years, due to anxiety around dentists. The dentist was very understanding and compassionate, and helped to reassure me when I got panicky. His care as enabled me to decide to register as a permanent patient and also the dental practice has agreed to book all appointments with that dentist. Couldn't be more thankful. Thank you so much

I sat in the waiting area when it wasn't very busy. My dentist was running 40 mins late. I sat listening to the practice manager and a nurse absolutely slagging off other members of staff. Mr Malhi u have a problem if she is your manager. Rotten woman. I believe they thought i couldn't speak English. Unprofessional and really bad behaviour.

Although I was once a nervous patient (due to poor treatment elsewhere), I am now very happy to visit the dentist. This transformation has been brought about by my treatment at Cavendish Dental Practice and by Dr Sadeura in particular. She has restored my faith in dentists - she is highly skilled and always so careful and reassuring. All other staff too are very friendly and welcoming. This is a practice that prioritises patient care. I highly recommend this practice.

Excellent all the way through. I am an extremely nervous patient but once I say down with Kenny I felt completely relaxed and knew he was the right person. I sat through 12 hours of surgery but at all times knew I was in safe hands.

Cavendish Dental Practice Derby My 6 monthly check up exceeded my expectations! There was a new receptionist,in fact it was her first full day. She was incredible! She was very apologetic not just to me but also to the patient in front of me for a slight delay in waiting whilst accessing her computer. She was calm, relaxed (she might not have felt that way inside!) Very professional and smiled throughout her interaction and supporting patience both in person and on the phone. Now that's what I call a good start to your appointment. Then whilst waiting in the waiting area, one of the dental nurses pops her head in to greet me and asked how I was! My wait was very short and the service just kept getting better and better! I used to be a patient that was absolutely petrified of coming to the dentist, but over the years and with trust with the dental practice team, they have helped me overcome my fears. Thank you to everyone I came in contact with, I left with a beaming smile and it wasn't just because I'd had a scale and polish!
